What do you think the tree is thinking?

Every picture has a story and this one is no different. Is the tree thinking he will soon be satisfying his thirst or is it looking for a pillow to rest his tired branches?

So I decided on a new hobby

Having rejected the idea of collecting stamps, coins or baseball trading cards, I have decided to find another use for my camera besides taking pictures of my grandchildren and spamming every person I know with the pictures. This doesn't mean I will cease my spamming, it just means I will be asking the clouds to say "cheese" also. I also reserve and claim the right to include other subjects as well. (It pays to be the boss)

So without further ado (I always wanted to use that phrase) I now will publish my initial photo. I only offer one picture because I want to experiment and find out if I have figured this whole thing out. As most of my friends know, my computer expertise is limited to placing the red seven on the black eight.

One more thing. Now that I have decided to play with my new camera, I will be eternally grateful if a wondering reader that has stumbled upon this blog will take the time and please explain to me the difference between an F-stop and a bus stop.
